Frequently Asked Questions
Most packages are fully all-inclusive — hotel lodging at the Hilton Florence and all meals are included in some registration price. There are no separate hotel bookings or meal sign-ups needed for those. Simply register, receive your confirmation, and arrive ready for transformation! The Local Day Pass and Local Kids Access are exceptions — see their descriptions for what is included.
General Admission covers 3 days (Friday July 31 – Sunday August 2) with hotel, meals, and full conference access. VIP/Builders extends to 4 days through Monday August 3 and adds priority seating, exclusive VIP sessions, private ministry time, a VIP gift bag, and an extra night of hotel stay. It truly is a fuller, deeper experience.
The Day Pass ($250/person) is for those who prefer to make their own lodging arrangements. It includes lunch, dinner, and full conference session access for the day. The Local Day Pass ($150/person) is for local attendees and includes conference session access only, with no meals or lodging.
Yes! We have a dedicated Kids Conference program with professional childcare, kids camp, and age-appropriate activities running alongside the main conference. The Kids Conference ticket ($200/child) includes lodging and all meals. The Kids Local Access ($125/child) includes snacks, kids conference/camp, and childcare for local families.
Yes! For families, friends, or groups of 4 or more who want to share a room, we have special pricing available. Please contact us directly for your group quote. This is perfect for church groups, ministry teams, and families traveling together.
Sessions will not be recorded or livestreamed. Woman Arise 2026 is designed to be an in-person, immersive experience — the breakthroughs, connections, and encounters that happen in that room cannot be replicated on a screen. We encourage you to be present in person!
Tickets are non-refundable but fully transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person. Please submit transfer requests at least 7 days before the event begins.
